This is how we succeed: The Estimate - putting it in writingOur courteous representative will contact you and arrange to meet with you to review the details of your project. All aspects of the job will be specified. Our representative will then prepare a written and detailed Proposal. This Proposal will itemize the work, our responsibilities to you and will include any custom or special requests.Scheduling - meeting your deadlinesOnce you have scheduled the job, All-Chroma Painting & Flooring will allocate the appropriate resources and prepare all materials required. Our staff will be allocated to begin your project on the day you have specified and we are committed to completing the work to your expectations & time requirements.Peace of Mind - we carry comprehensive insuranceOur customers are fully protected because we are fully insured. Preparation & Review - getting the details rightApproximately one week, prior to your job starting, our representatives will contact you to review the scope of work and job schedule. All work such as significant repairs or washing may be carried at that time. Colour Consultation - value added servicesWe make available a colour consultation service from our paint suppliers. As hiring someone to paint your home is no small investment, our colour consultants know their paint products and can offer valuable guidance to our customers. We have also found that by involving our paint suppliers early in the overall process, our suppliers can prepare your order with the greatest quality and accuracy. Work & Dialogue - good workers; friendly paintersOnce the job has begun All-Chroma staff are committed to your project. We will be happy to discuss or review any details with you. Your satisfaction is our primary goal. Our painting standards include:
Inspection & Payment - to your satisfactionUpon completion of the work our staff will personally inspect all workmanship, to ensure standards have been met. We will then involve you in a detailed walk-through of the scope of work. When you are satisfied we will request final payment. Warranty - honouring our workAll our work is backed by a 2 year written warranty. Should you have a warranty claim our staff will provide the same courtesy and diligence that you received originally.
